She has spent the past 15+ years as a Fractional CFO, guiding founders to scale profitably with a clear financial strategy and strong control.
Throughout her career, Deborah has led finance teams and financial operations for businesses at all stages of growth, from start-ups to industry leaders. She has coached many business owners to financial clarity, confidence, and success.
Her career has spanned the globe and many industries, including professional services, technology, recruitment, retail, manufacturing, education, and health.
